Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping SME to serve as the expert for Ryder’s timekeeping systems. You will act as a central contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring accurate payroll processing and system integrity across HR and Payroll.

You will audit usage for compliance with policies and CBAs, train users, and coordinate across stakeholders. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; HR/Business/Computer Systems focus preferred.
• Two to three years of HR policies/ practices experience required; current HR functions knowledge.
• Must understand HR's role in supporting business and employees; training capability required.
• Familiar with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus; strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for Ryder timekeeping systems to employees and managers.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure policy compliance and data integrity across timekeeping and payroll.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to communicate updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and distribute updated training materials and support resources.
• Grant timely system access and training for new or transferring users.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors when needed.
