Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based role in the CHR Corporate Human Resources division seeks an ADP Time Management Administrator. You will manage timekeeping and payroll data, respond to inquiries via Zendesk, and ensure policy compliance across U.S. payroll rules.

Qualifications

• Two years in timekeeping, payroll, HR admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years ADP Time Management experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll practices incl. overtime.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Time Management.
• Manage inquiries via Zendesk and meet service levels.
• Audit timekeeping records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Resolve missed punches, pay code issues, and overtime exceptions.
• Prepare and validate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Apply U.S. payroll rules including overtime and leave.
• Test and validate payroll rules and system changes.
• Document testing results and escalate issues as needed.
• Generate and distribute timekeeping reports.
• Maintain Zendesk case documentation and resolution notes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
