Job summary

Abbott Park, IL is seeking a Timekeeping Analyst to manage ADP Time Management, ensure accurate time and attendance data, and support payroll processing.

You will serve as the primary contact for timekeeping inquiries via Zendesk, resolve discrepancies, and apply U.S. payroll and timekeeping rules. This onsite role requires strong analytical and organizational skills and a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, HR administration, or related field.
• Minimum one to two years of ADP Time Management experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and timekeeping practices, including overtime calculations and wage-and-hour compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Time Management.
• Manage Zendesk inquiries and meet service levels.
• Audit time and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve missed punches, pay code issues, schedule variances, and overtime exceptions.
• Prepare and validate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Document testing results and resolve issues with Timekeeping team.
