Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (for foundational entry).
• Two years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, HR administration, or related field.
• Minimum one to two years of ADP Time Management experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and timekeeping practices, including overtime, leave, and wage-and-hour compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Associate's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Knowledge of FLSA and state wage-and-hour regulations.
• Zendesk experience or similar ticketing system.
• Timekeeping system testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter resource for ADP Time Management.
• Manage inquiries through Zendesk and meet service levels.
• Audit time and attendance records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Investigate missed punches, pay code issues, schedule variances, and overtime exceptions.
• Prepare and validate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Apply U.S. payroll and timekeeping rules, including overtime and shift premiums.
• Test payroll rules, policy updates, and system configurations.
• Document test results and coordinate issue resolution with Timekeeping team.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute timekeeping reports.
• Maintain case documentation and resolution notes in Zendesk.
• Escalate complex issues to Timekeeping Supervisor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
