Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is required.
• Working knowledge of payroll procedures, deductions, tax withholdings, and compliance.
• Experience supporting HR or employee benefits is preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees on a bi-monthly basis.
• Review timesheets, hours worked, PTO, deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related information.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll questions.
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records within our HRIS/payroll systems.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure payroll transactions are recorded and reconciled.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative processes.
