Job summary

Overlake Hospital Medical Center is creating a Timekeeping Operations team to lead timecard administration, ensure accurate entries and oversee two coordinators. The role drives proactive reporting, trend analysis, and compliance, while improving the employee and manager experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll/timekeeping, healthcare experience preferred, and 2+ years of leadership. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with UKG and Workday experience favored.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll, timekeeping or a related function.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG & Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two timekeeping coordinators to ensure accurate and timely timecard entry.
• Provide organization-wide leadership and operational oversight for timecard administration.
• Develop a responsive service model to support employees and managers.
• Lead proactive reporting and analysis of timekeeping trends.
• Monitor meal/rest break compliance and reporting; resolve issues and improve processes.
