You will supervise two timekeeping coordinators, ensure accurate time entry, and drive proactive reporting, audit practices, and compliance with wage and hour requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping or a related function.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG & Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two timekeeping coordinators to ensure accurate and timely timecard entry.
• Review and correct employee timecards.
• Develop a responsive service model that supports employees and managers.
