Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, WA seeks a Manager of Timekeeping Operations to lead a new team and oversee timecard administration across the organization. You will supervise two timekeeping coordinators, ensure accurate time entry, and drive proactive reporting, audit practices, and compliance with wage and hour requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping or a related function.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of prior management or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG & Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two timekeeping coordinators to ensure accurate and timely timecard entry.
• Review and correct employee timecards.
• Develop a responsive service model that supports employees and managers.
• Lead proactive reporting and analysis of timekeeping trends and compliance.
• Improve the employee and manager experience through streamlined processes.
