Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in timekeeping, payroll, HR administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of ADP Time Management experience.
• Working knowledge of US payroll and timekeeping practices, including overtime and wage-and-hour compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Associate’s degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Knowledge of FLSA and state wage-and-hour regulations.
• Zendesk experience and payroll/timekeeping system testing.
• Experience supporting Payroll/HR/Shared Services via Zendesk.
• Timekeeping subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Time Management and respond to inquiries in Zendesk.
• Monitor and audit time and attendance records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Research and resolve missed punches, pay code issues, leave transactions, and overtime exceptions.
• Prepare and validate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
• Apply US payroll and timekeeping rules; validate rule changes and system updates.
• Perform system testing and document results; collaborate with Timekeeping leadership to resolve issues.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute timekeeping reports; maintain case documentation in Zendesk.
• Escalate complex payroll or compliance issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
