Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking a Timekeeper to manage accurate timekeeping and attendance records, support payroll readiness, and ensure compliance with policies and wage-and-hour requirements.

You will monitor timecard accuracy, resolve discrepancies with employees and managers, produce workforce reports, and maintain confidentiality while upholding SHC-CI-CARE standards.

• Maintains timekeeping data integrity and prepares workforce reports.
• Works with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and wage-and-hour requirements.
