Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a senior Time & Attendance specialist to design, implement, and maintain the Time & Attendance application within Corporate Applications.

You will work with HR, payroll, and operations to gather requirements, configure rules, and ensure data integrity during migration. Role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience with timekeeping systems, SOX-compliant environments, and knowledge of related applications (Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, MXP, OneView).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Time & Attendance applications.
• In-depth knowledge of timekeeping processes, pay rules and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SOX-compliant IT environments.
• Familiarity with integration with Dormakaba, PeopleSoft, MXP, OneView.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fleet rollout of Time & Attendance system and modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate systems.
• Configure pay rules, shift schedules, and leave policies in the system.
• Migrate historical data from legacy systems with data integrity checks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via automation and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards (KPIs).
• Collaborate with vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
