Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday functional experience across Payroll, Core HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Experience translating business needs into Workday configuration and process solutions.
• Experience supporting complex organizations; Workday certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to understand challenges, collect requirements, and recommend practical Workday solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality across Payroll, HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Support Payroll operations with a focus on system accuracy, controls, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce insights to support operational and management decisions.
• Participate in Workday releases; assess new functionality and recommend adoption based on business value.
• Help establish functional best practices, governance standards, data quality controls, and continuous improvement practices.
