Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in Miami seeks a skilled Time & Attendance system architect to design, implement, and maintain the Time & Attendance application within the Corporate Applications organization.

You will partner with shore and shipside business units to gather requirements, test with vendors, and ensure ongoing support for the solution. Responsibilities include fleet rollout, HR/payroll integration, configuration of pay rules and leave policies, data migration, and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Time & Attendance applications, Workday a plus.
• Deep knowledge of timekeeping, pay rules, and compliance.
• Experience with SOX controls and IRL labor standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fleet rollout of Time & Attendance and related modules.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations to integrate systems.
• Configure pay rules, shifts, and leave policies as needed.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems to the new solution.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
