Job summary

ProService Hawaii currently seeks a Time & Attendance Consultant I to act as a client-facing expert for timekeeping platforms. You will oversee configuration changes, access control, and post-implementation updates, while supporting both hardware and software in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.

You will troubleshoot time clocks and software, deliver training to client admins, and escalate complex issues with precise details for rapid resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with time & labor systems like UKG Ready or Kronos is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client-facing subject matter expert for time & attendance platforms, owning configuration changes and user access.
• Troubleshoot and resolve time tracking software and hardware issues at client sites across Oahu.
• Deliver user training and system consultations to help admins manage timekeeping.
• Diagnose root causes of complex issues and escalate with details for fast resolution.
• Test and roll out feature releases and platform updates, sharing knowledge across the team.
• Drive product adoption by consulting with clients and feeding needs back to Product Management.
