Signal and Strand is partnering with a workforce management technology company on the search for a Principal Time & Attendance Solutions Consultant. This is a hands-on, technical role spanning both pre-sales and post-sales, with broad impact on how customers and partners experience the platform.

The candidate will become a deep expert on the platform, lead discovery and configuration for direct customers, enable partners to configure the platform, and troubleshoot issues in live deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or workforce management apps.
5+ years in a support, implementation, or consulting environment.
Extremely customer service oriented and independent worker.
Experience enabling partners to configure platforms in live deployments.

Responsibilities

Rapidly become an expert on the company's technology platform.
Demonstrate the platform to customers and partners.
Provide product training to customers and partners.
Lead discovery calls and configure the platform for customer requirements.
Advise partners on how to configure the platform to meet needs.
Assist with resolving technical post-sales issues in live deployments.
