Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Forestry or related field with 8+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Willing to live in the operating area with close proximity; able to work outside normal hours for wildfire risks.
• Commitment to safe work practices for employees and contractors.
• Experience directing the implementation of business plans.
• Environmental and safety champion; strategic vision and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kiamichi area P&L management and forecasting.
• Ensure safe work practices for employees and contractors in line with policy.
• Set short-term production rate targets for contract operations to align with strategies.
• Ensure excellence in harvesting and silviculture contract operations.
• Meet customer commitments and deliver value.
• Lead and develop Silviculture Foresters, Development Professionals, and Interns.
• Collaborate across region, area, and business lines; support functional leaders.
