Job summary

The Tile Shop seeks a customer-centric sales associate to greet customers, build relationships, educate on tile products, and drive sales in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

You will learn installation basics, track orders, and represent the brand professionally. The first-year earnings target ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 with draw plus commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
