The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Massachusetts to greet customers professionally, develop lasting relationships, and drive tile sales. You will educate customers on installation and product use, track orders, and meet personal sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

First-year earnings are projected between 45K and 75K under a draw plus commission structure, with a comprehensive benefits package to support your total well-being.
