Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated sales professional in the United States to proactively greet customers, build lasting relationships, and educate on tile installations and product use.

You will sell tile and related products in a fast-paced environment, track orders, and pursue personal sales goals. The position offers a draw plus commission with first-year earnings expected from 45K to 75K.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
