The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate in Plymouth to greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships. You will educate customers on installation and product use, track orders, and work toward individual sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Full-time earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $75,000 in first year with a draw plus commission; part-time earners can make $15–$18 per hour with uncapped commissions for 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy

• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
