Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated sales-oriented team member in the United States to greet customers, build lasting relationships and drive tile sales. You will educate customers on installation and product use, track orders, and maintain a professional presence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and the ability to meet sales goals in a commission-based environment; prior experience in retail tile or home decor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally.

• Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
