Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples and complete sales transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay ranges from $18.76/hr to $23.40/hr, with potential commission, bonuses, and additional benefits. The role emphasizes accurate order processing, strong communication, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years call center or customer service experience.
• Focus on customer account management preferred. Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues.
• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiry, pricing, stock check and transportation coordination.
• Interface with internal teams to address inquiries from order entry to delivery.
• Respond to customer needs.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
