Blue Wheel Media is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day strategy, performance, operations, and client management for TikTok Shop accounts. You will connect TikTok Shop operations with ecommerce systems, paid media, reporting, and creator partnerships to scale GMV growth.

• 3–4+ years in ecommerce, marketplace ops, social commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop account management and marketplace programs.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopping Ads, Shopify, catalogs & feeds.
• Ability to tie operational work to growth and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience in client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Strong merchandising, promotions, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment knowledge.
• Proven project management for cross-functional launches and dependencies.
• Familiar with SOPs, QA processes, reports standards, repeatable workflows.
• Ability to prioritize urgent issues, client needs, and initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership while supporting junior teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy and GMV growth for assigned accounts.
• Oversee Seller Center configuration, catalog accuracy, and performance.
• Coordinate launches, cross-functional dependencies, and escalation plans.
• Develop promotional calendars and merchandising plans with clients.
• Own reporting: definitions, dashboards, QA, and delivery calendars.
• Support client meetings, present findings, and manage roadmaps.
• Maintain launch checklists and issue logs.
• Ensure integration of Seller Center, Shopify, feeds, and tracking.
