Job summary

Blue Wheel Media is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day strategy, performance, and client management for assigned TikTok Shop accounts. You will align Shop operations, ecommerce systems, and paid media to sustain GMV growth and smooth launches.

You will troubleshoot Seller Center issues, evaluate GMV and advertising performance, and coordinate cross-functional workflows to scale Blue Wheel's practice.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in ecommerce, marketplace ops, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop account management experience.
• Knowledge of Seller Center, Shopping Ads, Shopify, and catalog management.
• Strong project management and ability to lead cross-functional launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and growth plans for TikTok Shop accounts.
• Support launches from kickoff through readiness and stabilization.
• Oversee Seller Center config, catalog accuracy, and reporting.
• Develop promotional calendars and merchandising plans.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage roadmaps & actions.
• Own reporting quality and translate data into actionable insights.
