Job summary

Blue Wheel seeks a TikTok Shop Growth & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day strategy, performance, operations, and client management for assigned TikTok Shop accounts. You will align shop initiatives with client goals, optimize GMV and launch readiness, and collaborate across product, marketing, and analytics teams.

This senior role requires hands-on troubleshooting, data-driven decision making, and the ability to steer cross-functional workflows while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or similar marketplace programs.
• Strong knowledge of product merchandising, promotions, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy and GMV growth initiatives for assigned accounts.
• Own cross-functional launches including partner coordination, timelines, and escalation plans.
• Oversee Seller Center configuration, catalog accuracy, and campaign enrollment.
• Coordinate product feeds, Shopify integrations, and reporting systems.
• Develop account plans across Shop operations, creator activity, promotions, and paid amplification.
• Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
