Job summary

Sunny Distributor Inc. is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall performance for the TikTok Shop channel. You will own growth strategies across product assortment, promotions, content optimization, livestream initiatives, and analytics.

The role collaborates with content, marketing, creators, and sales teams to optimize campaigns, monitor metrics, and report insights that guide strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, or social commerce channels, with TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, conversion improvement, and sales target attainment.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem including ranking, content commerce, livestreams and promotions.
• Experience analyzing sales data and customer behavior to inform decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
