Job summary

Blue Wheel is a digital performance marketing agency seeking a TikTok Shop Growth & Operations Manager to lead day-to-day strategy, performance, and client management for assigned TikTok Shop accounts. This senior role interfaces with Shop operations, ecommerce systems, paid media, reporting, creator partnerships, and stakeholders to keep launches ready and positioned for GMV growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace ops, social commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopping Ads, Shopify, catalog management, and product feeds.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.
• Experience supporting client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, promotions, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Strong project management with cross-functional launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead TikTok Shop strategy and GMV growth for assigned accounts.
• Shape launches, promotional plans, and performance goals.
• Analyze GMV, traffic, conversion, and ad performance for growth opportunities.
• Recommend assortments, hero SKUs, pricing, and merchandising initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness and ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain promotional calendars and reporting.
• Serve as primary day-to-day strategic contact for clients.
