Job summary

Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking a TikTok Shop Lead to own a fast-growing channel within a consumer health brand.

You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize listings, and drive traffic and sales through TikTok Shop, building strong creator partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate trends into strategy, recruit and manage creators, and oversee paid and organic growth initiatives while tracking performance metrics to maximize GMV and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Experience directly managing and growing a TikTok Shop for a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and social commerce operations.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable sales growth through TikTok Shop, not just engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of TikTok Shop.
• Manage product listings, merchandising, promotions, storefront performance.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue via TikTok Shop.
• Build and manage affiliates and creator programs, including recruiting creators.
• Collaborate with creators and marketing to develop conversion-focused content.
• Identify TikTok trends and opportunities to increase visibility.
• Manage creator outreach, seeding, and commissions.
• Monitor and optimize advertising, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs: GMV, conversions, affiliate performance, content engagement, ROAS.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Stay updated on platform updates and policies.
• Continuously test new ideas and scalable strategies.
