LG H&H Americas seeks a dynamic TikTok Shop Growth Manager to drive growth across the TikTok storefront, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs. You will lead in strategy, campaigns, and merchandising, partnering with internal teams to expand revenue and brand presence in wellness-focused beauty and personal care.

The role requires 2+ years in DTC growth or ecommerce, strong TikTok advertising knowledge, and an analytical, entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DTC growth, ecommerce, or social commerce.
• Strong influencer marketing and TikTok advertising experience.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized with multi-project management ability.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive in a fast-changing environment.
• Passion for social media trends and wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and partnerships.
• Manage creator collaborations and affiliate UGC and TikTok Live creators, providing tools and direction for scale.
• Lead TikTok advertising campaigns using GMV Max and manage the creative library.
• Optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, listings, promotions, merchandising and inventory.
• Stay current with TikTok features and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs for engagement, growth, and sales; provide regular reports for strategy.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations to align growth goals.
