JTS Growth, a leading TikTok Shop agency in the U.S., is hiring a TikTok Shop Strategist to own execution and performance across a portfolio of brands. This client-facing, operator role focuses on driving GMV growth through strategic content, offers, and affiliate management.

You will manage day-to-day performance, coordinate internal teams, and ensure content aligns with tested formats and high-converting strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok, influencer marketing, or social commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance across accounts, including GMV growth and content alignment.
