Job summary

Confidential Search in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, TikTok Shop (Agency) to lead a portfolio of brand partners and drive performance across TikTok Shop. This onsite role requires relationship management, strategic leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own GTM planning, weekly reviews, KPI analysis, and executive-ready reporting, coordinating with affiliate, livestream, paid media, and operations teams to scale programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce, social commerce, marketplace growth.
• Agency/brand/marketplace experience required.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify/DTC, Walmart exposure.
• Direct TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex client relationships for multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and creator programs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive reporting.
• Strong analytical ability: forecasting, KPI analysis, strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of brand partners and drive performance across TikTok Shop.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead weekly/biweekly reviews, performance discussions, and planning.
• Translate objectives into TikTok Shop roadmaps and GTM plans.
• Own performance metrics and partner with internal teams to test and scale.
• Collaborate with affiliate, creator, livestream, paid media, and operations.
