Oceans Talent is seeking a TikTok Shop Director to own and scale the TikTok Shop as a standalone D2C channel across Latin American markets. You will manage revenue, margins, paid media performance, inventory planning, promotional calendars, and affiliate outcomes while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data-driven growth, channel P&L ownership, and end-to-end operational leadership, including LIVE commerce and Seller Center management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling TikTok Shop revenue for a beauty, hair care, or DTC brand.
• Direct accountability over channel revenue, paid media, and profitability.
• Expert mastery of TikTok Shop Seller Center and GMV Max.
• Strong P&L reporting and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Lead paid media strategy to maximize ROAS while protecting margins.
• Oversee Seller Center operations, catalog health, and launches.
• Develop promotional calendars and live shopping events.
• Direct the Affiliate Manager and align cross-functional teams.
