Job summary

Oceans is seeking a TikTok Shop Director to own and scale the TikTok Shop as a standalone D2C channel. You will drive growth through data-driven strategies, paid media, and affiliate partnerships, while ensuring operational excellence and inventory alignment.

You will report to the Vice President of Digital and lead cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, margins, and channel health across Latin American markets, with a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling TikTok Shop revenue for a beauty/CPG brand with direct channel accountability.
• Strong skills in channel P&L management and profitability optimization.
• Proven ability to lead affiliate programs and live commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overarching TikTok Shop growth strategy to scale revenue and margin.
• Own monthly TikTok Shop P&L, costs, and contribution margin.
• Manage Seller Center operations, catalog health, and stock coordination.
• Oversee paid media, ROAS, and GMV Max campaigns to protect margins.
• Lead affiliate leadership and align calendars with promotions and stock.
