Job summary

R2 Global in California is seeking a leader to own TikTok Shop and social commerce, replacing an external agency with a world-class internal creator and influencer operation. You will own TikTok Shop strategy, live selling, product listings, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships, while building and leading an internal outreach team capable of onboarding hundreds of influencers per month.

This role reports to the CMO, focusing on performance analytics, scaling, and gross profit

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing or social commerce — DTC brand experience strongly preferred.
• Has built a creator or influencer program at scale — not just managed one.
• Understands the full TikTok Shop stack: seller centre, live selling, affiliate tools and performance analytics.
• Strong at managing junior outreach teams and holding them to volume and quality targets.
• Commercially minded — you understand how influencer activity connects to gross profit.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop strategy and day-to-day execution — seller centre management, live selling, product listings, affiliate programs and creator partnerships
• Building and leading an internal creator outreach team capable of onboarding hundreds of influencers per month at scale
• Influencer contracting, commission structures, tracking and payment tools
• Social channel strategy across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms — content volume, creator mix and performance
• Intelligence tools such as UKA to identify top-performing supplement and CPG brands and creators in the space
• Performance reporting across influencer revenue, affiliate commission, content output and gross profit contribution
• Scaling toward a target of 500+ active influencers per month with full P&L participation on the book of business built
