Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager of Creator Commerce – TikTok Shop to own the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop presence. You will act as the connective tissue between our creator community and cross-functional partners, driving gifting, briefs, affiliate management, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate knows the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem inside and out, thrives on creator relationships, and balances budget discipline with always-on community management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day TikTok Shop operations to hit commercial goals.
• Coordinate with MSS Ops to ensure platform functionality.
• Manage gifting programs and craft creator briefs for engaging content.
• Maintain active communication with top creators and sustain engagement.
• Scale the TikTok Shop affiliate community with onboarding and ongoing outreach.
• Support reporting on performance with a focus on optimization.
• Monitor gifting spend and budget efficiency across programs.
• Provide input for activations, product launches, or events as needed.
