Job summary

Gap Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an Associate Manager of Creator Commerce - TikTok Shop to own the day-to-day engine behind our TikTok Shop presence within the Marketing Shared Services team.

You will scale the affiliate community, engage top creators, and coordinate with merchandising, product, influence, PR, legal, finance, and paid media to align initiatives with product priorities and marketing moments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creator relationships within a creator commerce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and reporting with precision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• TikTok Shop native with understanding of affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate day-to-day TikTok Shop functions to meet commercial goals.
• Align with cross-functional partners on product priorities and ensure platform functionality.
• Manage gifting programs and create creator briefs driving trend content.
• Maintain regular communication with top creators and keep them engaged.
• Manage the TikTok Shop affiliate community at scale (outreach, onboarding, engagement).
• Assist with reporting on TikTok Shop performance and continuous optimization.
• Monitor budgets and gifting spend with well-tracked investments.
• Provide ad-hoc support for activations, launches, or events.
