Job summary

Quartile is seeking an Affiliate Program Lead to develop and scale our TikTok Shop creator network across multiple client brands. This hands-on role focuses on recruiting high-potential creators, forming long-term partnerships, and driving product sales.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.
• Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem.
• Ability to identify, recruit, and engage creators for campaigns.
• Understanding of affiliate content, tagging, commissions, and creator relationships driving sales.
• Strong communication skills to build authentic creator relationships.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or brand partnerships simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage ongoing outreach.
• Comfort with using data and metrics to improve results.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and recruit TikTok Shop affiliates aligned with products and audiences.
• Build and maintain network of high-performing creators across categories.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns with personalized invitations and follow-ups.
• Identify emerging creators with strong sales potential and top affiliates.
• Develop relationships to encourage repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Support onboarding and activation through TikTok Shop channels.
• Collaborate with Strategists to connect creators with approved products.
• Track outreach effectiveness and affiliate sales.
