Job summary

Snap Supplements is seeking an Affiliate Coordinator to recruit and manage a portfolio of TikTok Shop creators in the US. You will own creator relations from outreach through performance management, driving GMV and partnerships that scale our brand.

This on-site role emphasizes data-driven coaching, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Ads, and Operations to maximize content and sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing or creator management is a plus but not required.
• Results-driven with the drive to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning it into action.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage many creator relationships at once.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with TikTok and TikTok Shop tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage high-potential TikTok Shop creators for Snap Supplements.
• Own and grow a portfolio of affiliate creators, main point of contact.
• Coach creators on content strategy, hooks, product messaging, and best practices.
• Run creator participation in product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Track GMV, content output, and campaign results against monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Ads, and Ops to align creator programs.
