Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TikTok Live streaming strategy to maximize growth, engagement, and sales.
• Set up and manage overseas live studios; coordinate hosts, merchandise, and workflows.
• Analyze data to optimize scripts, hosting rhythm, promotions, and viewer experience.
• Lead, mentor, and build SOPs for the live operations team.
• Take accountability for live sales targets, profitability, and ROI.
