Job summary

TAAC Group seeks a TikTok Live Manager to lead live selling across TikTok Live and other channels, with 60% of time actively selling and 40% spent building a cross-border live commerce team in the US and Canada. Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, you will drive GMV, optimize formats, and develop hosts.

You will own scheduling, host development, and performance reporting while coordinating with marketing to maximize product launches and promotions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a live commerce host on TikTok Live or similar platforms.
Ability to drive live sales targets and revenue through engaging on-camera presentation.
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing a team of hosts or creators.
Demonstrated success with live commerce metrics and cross-channel collaboration.
Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

Host a majority of scheduled live sessions across TikTok Live and other platforms.
Drive direct revenue through on-camera product presentation and real-time tactics.
Maintain strong on-camera presence aligned with Smard Art's brand voice.
Coordinate with team during high-traffic streams to maximize GMV.
Recruit and manage hosts across US and Canada; build cross-border schedules.
Develop scripts, talking points, and engagement plays for the team.
Monitor KPIs: watch time, conversion, AOV, and audience growth.
Collaborate with marketing on launches, campaigns, and promotions.
