Job summary

Doncasters Groton, CT is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team turning sheet metal into precision components for aerospace and industrial applications.

You will be responsible for welding operations to meet customer and international standards, with duties including weld repair of metals such as stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloys. This role supports 40 hours per week with second shift and weekend options, and offers PTO, a competitive 401K and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• High school or technical school completion is required.
• Experience in TIG welding is required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products and processes meet Customer, National and International standards and specifications.
• Weld repair of metals including stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloy castings.
