Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Eastford, CT is seeking a dedicated Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will perform GTAW (TIG) welding in a clean, air-conditioned shop and collaborate with sheet metal mechanics and engineers.

This full-time onsite role operates 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends; requires ability to pass eye exam and work under ITAR/EAR constraints.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization for full-time employment without sponsorship
• Must pass eye exam and be able to work under ITAR/EAR regulations

Responsibilities

• Welding on stainless, nickel, titanium alloys using GTAW (TIG) welding
• Fit up and weld multiple components in collaboration with sheet metal mechanics and engineers
• Work primarily in the weld booth with some pre/post-welding tasks
• Adhere to quality system requirements and work in a team environment
