Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced welder to perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing per customer drawings and specifications. You will interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols, inspect processes, and document certifications.

Equipment maintenance is also required, along with other duties as assigned by the area supervisor. The role requires reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and possessing basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong welding experience across multiple materials.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and wiring schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus internal welding test.
• Minimum 3 years welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare welds and perform weld finishing per customer drawings and specifications.

Job description

**Duties/Responsibilities:**Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology.Process inspection, certification, and documentation.Welding equipment maintenance.Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.********Required Skills/Abilities:**Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.Ability to read blueprints and instructions.Basic Computer skills.
