DR Power LLP is hiring Welders I & II for the 2nd shift in Oshkosh, WI. Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM. Welder I earns $32.60/hour and Welder II earns $33.85/hour, performing MIG, aluminum and TIG welding for fabricating parts used in product assembly.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, following safety rules, and supporting robotic welding as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or certification and basic welding experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Certification.
  • Internal written and physical weld test.
  • An understanding of welding fundamentals.
  • Basic welding experience and/or training.
  • Basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the company/site safety rules.
  • Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
  • Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
  • Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
  • Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
  • Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
  • Assist with robotic welder.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

**Welder I & Welder II – 2nd Shift****Schedule:** Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM* **Welder I:** $32.60/hour* **Welder II:** $33.85/hourWelders are expected to perform Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform Mig welding, Aluminum welding, TIG Welding, electric or roboticwelding in the fabrication of parts, to be used in the assembly of product lines to create a high quality finished product.
