100Hires, Inc. in Dallas is seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. You will weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using TIG and MIG processes, read blueprints, and set up equipment.

The role requires at least 2 years of welding experience, especially with aluminum sheet metal, and strong communication. You will maintain quality, inspect parts, and support other TIG welders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in welding in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training/education.
  • Has 2 years or more experience with welding Aluminum Sheet Metal.
  • You should be proficient in TIG Welding principles and practices and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using TIG and MIG processes.
  • Set up and maintain equipment, settings, gas, and rods as instructed by drawings.
  • Read drawings and measure with gauges, calipers, and rulers to ensure conformance.
  • Inspect and mark parts, and ensure quality welds across materials including aluminum and stainless steel.
  • Assist TIG welders as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Job description
