Revolutional in Washington, DC, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Tier II) to install, configure, and secure enterprise IT systems in a high-security federal environment. You will troubleshoot end-user issues, maintain system integrity, and support mission-critical infrastructure with a security-conscious mindset.

The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, Security+ certification, and 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Security+ certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (6am–2pm ET or 2pm–10pm ET).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot for optimal operation.
• Implement security measures to protect systems from threats.
• Conduct security audits and apply updates as needed.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts and access controls.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate reports on performance, capacity, and security posture.
• Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support mission objectives.
