Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support to end users via phone, email, and chat.
• Support operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system infrastructure.
• Collaborate with R&D to test and optimize support techniques and tools.
• Create and deliver training materials for users and staff.
• Compile and report monthly support metrics.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and assist engineers to maintain system components.
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation and 24/7 operations.
