Job summary

A leading technology and services firm is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support installations and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices. Responsibilities include resolving incident tickets, drafting network change requests, and supporting Tier III engineers. Candidates must have 10 years experience or an applicable degree, compliance with DoD regulations, and TCP/IP knowledge. The position requires onsite presence and offers a pay range of $73,450.00 - $132,775.00.

Qualifications

• 10 years of combined work history and education required.
• Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2.
• Working knowledge of basic routing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
• Draft and implement standard network change requests.
• Provide support to Tier III engineers for incident management.
