A leading technology firm is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support computer data communications systems. This role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN devices, responding to incident tickets, and providing configuration management. Candidates should have at least 10 years of related experience, including knowledge of Cisco and Juniper systems, as well as a valid TS/SCI with Poly clearance. The position requires office presence and offers a competitive pay range from $73,450 to $132,775.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
• Required Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
• Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Resolve incident tickets and draft network change requests.
• Coordinate network operations and maintenance.
