Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center (CNOC) Tier II Incident Management Technician to support the client's data communications systems, providing network event management and incident troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include maintaining LAN/WAN devices, managing tickets in ServiceNow, and leveraging Microfocus and Riverbed tools to isolate impactful events. Must hold TS/SCI with CI Poly and meet DoD IAT Level 2 requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• Ability to work Panama Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices.
• Respond to, update, and resolve incident tickets in ServiceNow.
• Administer networks including hardware, software, and configurations.
• Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Validate topology drawings and maintain asset management records.
• Troubleshoot OSI layers 1–3 to resolve faults and performance issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs (layer 2) and routing (layer 3).
• Troubleshoot MPLS across the WAN and evaluate new network technologies.
